SPECIFICATIONS

Thank you for choosing our juicer. Each unit is carefully tested before leaving the factory.

If your juicer is not working, please check the following:

1. Is it fully charged?

   • Please ensure the juicer is charged for 5 hours before its first use.

2. Is the cup properly tightened?

   • Align the transparent part of the cup body with the display panel when tightening. If not aligned, the juicer will interpret it as an empty cup and will not start.

3. Is the blade stuck due to large pieces of pulp?

   • Solution:
     • Step 1: Invert the juicer, tilt the pulp toward the lid, wait for the blade to rotate, and shake the cup gently at a 45° or 60° angle.
     • Step 2: Cut the fruit into smaller pieces (approximately 1x1 cm).

4. Cannot operate while charging.

   • Ensure the juicer is unplugged before use.
